Items not listed in the Moving Express quotation or list will be charged additionally on-site.
The moving fee does not include parking fees, parking violation fines, tunnel fees, and road tolls.
Our company is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by delays in moving or by assembly/disassembly.
The customer must pay all transportation fees immediately after the service is completed, including all services, parking fees, tunnel fees, and road tolls.
Customers should pack their items themselves; if our company needs to pack on the moving day, an additional packing fee will be charged.
Our company does not include the installation/dismantling of all water, electricity, gas, air conditioning connections, or external window work within the unit.
The quotation is for reference only; all prices will be adjusted according to the actual situation, and we reserve the right to make the final decision.
All final payments must be transferred to our company account within three days after completion; otherwise, our company has the right to transfer customer information to third-party companies or institutions for collection, and on-site staff will report to the police or resolve through legal channels later.
Our company will provide services according to the normal moving standard time; however, this does not constitute a part of the commitment or agreement.
Before and after moving, customers need to count the number of moving items themselves. Any issues must be raised immediately; once staff leaves or completion is done, our company will no longer follow up on any raised issues.
Furniture assembly/disassembly is carried out by the personal skills of our staff. If there is any damage during assembly/disassembly, our company will not compensate, and this fee will not be changed or deducted. Customers need to decide whether to let our company or staff carry out the assembly/disassembly.
If the moving date needs to be changed, the customer must notify us at least 7 days in advance; otherwise, our company will charge a 500 HKD administrative fee.
On the moving day, charges will not be reduced due to changes in service content or the number of moving items.
All services cannot be canceled for any reason or cause after a deposit is received; otherwise, the deposit will be fully forfeited.
On the service day, if the customer suddenly cancels the service for any reason, our company will charge an additional 1000 HKD labor fee.
If customers choose to store items in our company’s bank account, please keep the bank receipt to protect customer interests.
If rent is overdue for more than thirty days, our company has the right to sell the customer’s items to offset the rent or transfer them to a third-party company for collection.
The maximum compensation for lost goods is 300 HKD, and the customer must provide proof that the item was lost by our staff.
Our company does not accept the storage of illegal or dangerous goods, and any overweight items will be charged additionally.
Compensation standards within the scope of protection
Furniture or appliances dented or scratched during moving: 100 HKD per item
Furniture or appliances unable to operate due to moving: 300 HKD per item
Furniture, appliances, or items lost: 300 HKD per item
Structural damage to the house: 15% off the total moving fee
Traffic accidents during transportation: 30% off the total moving fee**

Damage caused by assembly/disassembly of furniture and appliances
Walls, ceilings, and floors of new and old houses
Appliances that cannot operate despite no exterior damage
